Chef Jason Sunada received his training from Kapiʻolani Community College and began his career working for the hotel industry in Waikiki before returning to Kauaʻi. His business started first as commissions for custom cakes but he opened the shop with the goal of sharing delicious, artisan desserts for everyone. He values a personal connection to his customers and takes pride in seeing them enjoy the products he creates.
